Responsibilities:
Sourcing and identifying technical talent for various roles within the organization.
Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on technical qualifications and cultural fit.
Conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
Coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintaining candidate database and keeping accurate records.
Working with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements.
Managing job postings on various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
Assisting in the negotiation and offer process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for recruitment and technology.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Familiarity with social media and online recruitment platforms.
A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
