Job Description:
• Meter to cash process, Technical and business master data knowledge,
• Work closely with clients daily on the SAP ISU process.
• Preparation and delivery of reports as and when required from the SAP system,
• Provide on-site functional support and training of various modules,
• Coordination with the functional lead to help identify the gaps in the system.
• Knowledge and skills to prepare the following reports: AT&C losses, DT power failure.
• Knowledge of processes like MBC module, Data Analysis & AMR/MDM.
• To check for the quality of material at the site and raise Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) at the site and follow up with AMISP to ensure rectification of the same in time.
